On the first Thursday night of each month, the marine park hosts "Pier 1 Happy Hour Presentation." Our topics cover a wide range of marine-related issues, along with a few random topics thrown into the mix. We have had presentations on coral, mangroves, kayaking, Mars, Peace Corps, backyard composting, and a variety of other things. So please stop by Pier 1 on the first Thursday night of each month. Happy Hour is from 6-8 PM. Please contact us to learn about this month's topic or to request a custom presentation for your group. The Trust also welcomes guest speakers.
