From the airport, take the main highway south onto Howard Cooke Blvd. Howard Cooke Blvd starts at the stoplight with the Kentucky Fried Chicken (trust me, you can't miss it). Continue to the next stoplight and take a right. Follow the road until you reach Pier 1, and you see the building in the picture below.
